As our spa guest, it is your right to:

As our spa guest, it is your responsibility to:
- Communicate your expectations, preferences and concerns
- Communicate reasons for your visit and share accurate health information
- Treat our team members and other guests with respect
- Follow your therapist’s recommendations in order to achieve best results
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please check in no later than 5 min prior to your scheduled appointment time.
What should I bring with me?
For your convenience, everything is provided, please leave any valuables at home as the spa cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Drinking before your appointment
Please refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages before your treatments. Clients who appear under the influence will be denied services and will be responsible for the full treatment cost.
Cancellation or Appointment Changes Policy
We kindly ask our guests to please allow 24 hours notice of changes or cancellations, 48 hours for multiple or group appointments and bridal services have individual cancelation guidelines in their bridal agreements.Any cancellations of less than this allotted time, you will be charged full appointment cost for your scheduled services. Please note that this policy is effective for any cancelation reason. We understand that unpredictable events happen however you are reserving licensed professional's time that other guests are not able to reserve. Please do not reserve an appointment if you are not comfortable with the policy and wait until the day of your desired appointments to check availability. Please keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services to respect other guests scheduled appointment times. In turn, if we are ever in a situation that we cannot accommodate your reserved appointment due to therapist illness or emergency and cannot notify you at least 24 hours in advance, your next appointment will be complimentary - seems fair, right?
Please help us to maintain the serenity of the spa/salon by refraining from using your mobile phone and camera while enjoying the Spa. This also ensures the privacy of all of our guest’s.
What services may I enjoy during pregnancy?
We offer many services that are both safe and enjoyable for expecting mothers. We will be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect treatments. Certain treatments and techniques may not be suitable during the first trimester. We recommend that you always check with your physician before booking any spa services.
What if I have special health concerns?
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatments when making your Spa reservation. First time guests will be asked to complete a personal health form prior to receiving any treatments. Communication with your service provider is essential for you to receive the most personalized care. All information is confidential.
What should I wear?
This is a matter of personal preference, and we will never compromise your modesty. During all treatments you will be properly draped for ensured privacy. Under the robe? It’s up to you. Many guests choose to disrobe completely, but others prefer to leave their undergarments on. Therapists will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at the time.
What is customary when it comes to tipping?
Most guests choose to leave a 18-20% gratuity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Spa Remedease gift cards, hotel gift cards and cash.
