The Oregon running series invites you to join them for a fun run course and greet on the 17th of September 2022!
At Ferment Brewing, they will have a 5K-ish run/walk event that begins and ends in this fantastic taproom in Hood River. So, you can run, walk, jog, whichever one you are up to, and celebrate with a free, local craft brew once you have completed the course!
So, what’s in store for you? Participants will receive a complimentary craft brew from Ferment Brewing, a seasonal swag item from the host brewery, and their choice of collector’s pint glass!
They will also get the opportunity to secure sweet door prizes like brewery running series merchandise, access to the event festivities, games, goodies, giveaways, etc.
The event was made so you can have fun, be active and give back to the local community. Therefore, they are giving a portion of all proceeds to local non-profits and have raised over $250k nationally to date.
Some organizations they support include Oregon Wild, The Oregon Food Bank, and Dollar For. So, if you participate, you’re helping to support local organizations that do great work in the community.
We must mention that this is an open course; hence roads will not be closed, and you are responsible for obeying traffic rules and regulations. Also, endeavor to bring a valid ID or Driver’s license for proof of age for beer consumption.
However, you do not need to be above 21 to participate in the fun run. But non-alcoholic beverages will be shared to underage participants as well.
