Waterproof Hiking Boots and Shoes

Hiking Socks. Make sure that they are not cotton.

Hiking Pants. Convertible pants are the best. The kind that can turn into shorts if you need them to. They can be very convenient.

For a winter visit, please buy compression pants and shirts. They’ll help to keep you warm beneath your hiking clothes.

Breathable hiking shirts. Cotton is an enemy of hiking, whether in hot or cold weather, so again, No Cotton!

A winter jacket that does not hamper your movement is a great idea too.

Gloves are also good and you should go for the ones that will let you use your smartphone and camera.
